I have bad anxiety but they help me tremendously at Ascot! They’re friendly, caring, and they make you feel comfortable.

Today was our first visit to this dental office and we were absolutely blown away. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiling faces and felt welcomed. First impressions were that it was very clean and neat inside! This dentist is probably one of the nicest ones I've been to. They gave us a tour through the whole facility and explained everything as we went. They have snacks, goodie bags, and a lot more including a rewards program. I would 100% recommend this dentist. Every single individual that we came in contact with was so friendly and seemed to love their job.

I have severe dental anxiety and hate going to the dentist. Everyone here made me feel extremely comfortable and made sure to go slow and explain everything to me as they were doing it. I am excited to finally get a dental care plan worked out and get my teeth fixed!

Honestly an amazing and sincerely compassionate office. I have major dental anxiety and their staff did everything they could to keep that at bay during my lengthy appointment. I highly recommend this office!

I was referred to Ascot Family Dental nearly 20 years ago, and I’ve stayed with them ever since. I’ve tried other dentists over the years, but somehow I always end up right back at Ascot—it’s like my teeth know where they belong.
The staff is genuinely kind, patient, and professional. They make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in, and they always work with you to create a plan that fits your needs. I never have to wait to be seen, and they treat everyone with respect—even those of us who get a little nervous in the dentist chair.
At this point, I trust Ascot Family Dental more than any other office. They’ve earned it with decades of great care. -
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ascot Family Dental! As someone who has the utmost anxiety about going to the dentist, I walked in feeling terrified — but walked out feeling absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, every single staff member was patient, kind, and genuinely understanding. They never rushed me, explained every step in a calm and reassuring way, and constantly checked in to make sure I felt comfortable.
Dr. Gandhi is incredibly gentle and made me feel confortable the entire time. For the first time ever, I didn’t feel judged for my fear — instead, I felt supported. By the end of my appointment, my anxiety had eased so much that I couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went.
If you struggle with dental anxiety even in the slightest, this is the place to go. They truly care, and it shows. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit — something I never thought I’d say in my life. Highly, highly recommended! -
I’ve been coming to Ascot Dental for a few years.. everyone is super friendly and professional. They have a new payment program where you can pay your balance monthly which is wonderful for senior's.
I initially contacted Ascot for a second opinion when a different dentist referred me for an extraction. Ascot was warm and welcoming, and sensitive to my needs. Dr. Patel examined the tooth in question and said that he could save the tooth and avoid an extraction. His professionalism impressed me.
Dr. Patel is perfect for anyone who is afraid of dentists. He’s genuinely kind, gentle, soft-spoken, and you can tell that he really cares about his patients. I’ve seen my fair share of dentists in my 5 decades, and Ascot checks all the boxes for a high-quality, family, one-stop dental practice. They take my insurance, and they offer a discount program for people without insurance. They also cooperate with medical/dental finance companies like Care Credit and Cherry. The office I left did not. and they also charged more than the insurance contracted price. Ascot estimates are exactly what my insurance plan says they will be.
So I returned to Ascot and Dr. Patel removed the decay and replaced the two crowns that the previous dentist had drilled out. Dr. Patel tells you what he’s doing during the procedure. He was thorough and it was as pain-free as it could’ve been. My new crowns look great and fit perfectly. Dr. Patel saved me money, because the previous guy had wanted to remove a perfectly good gold crown to accommodate a 3 crown bridge that I didn’t really need.
I’ve since referred my family to Ascot, and I foresee a long working relationship with them. We drive 2hrs to visit Ascot because it’s worth it when you find an office that gets everything right about customer service.

I was referred to Ascot Dental through a good friend of mine! I went to my appointment and was blown away by the personal touch and friendliness from all of the staff! This isn’t just a regular dental visit! The staff really takes the time to get to know you and makes the experience very comfortable and relaxing! I have since referred a few people to Ascot!
Since switching to this dentist, my teeth have been healthier than ever. The customer service and care are fantastic, from scheduling and reception, to the hygienists, to the dentists themselves. Because they are so kind and pleasant, I find myself no longer putting off and avoiding my appointments and my teeth are better for it.
